Okay, so how do I get in contact with this Jerry? I need eggs.

Yeah, he rarely sells eggs but might if you can con him! LOL. Very few breeders sell eggs, myself included. I am thinking about maybe donating some for the raffle table at the November Golden State Serama Extravagenza.

Okay, still the same question how do I get into contact with him? Eggs would be cheaper, but I would buy the birds themselves. Does he have a website?

Bobby, if I thought those eggs would make it intact to CA, I would have bid..... I am 100% happy for you. I want to hear all about them!

Why would that make anyone mad? You really didn't say anything. I've heard a lot about Jerry through other people, but I have no idea how to get into contact with him.

why won't you use the turner for the serama eggs...?

I do not know about your incubator but I have a Brinsea Mini Advance and it turns my eggs and I have gotten very good hatch rates. I got my incubator because of my Serama eggs and I just popped them in there and it worked! I am on my 3rd hatch now. Of course, I did have my own eggs.

Yes, I like to have at least two hens per cockeral. Many times you can tell their eggs apart and so know which chicks are whose.

It is really a matter of personal preference and what type of breeding program you have. I also will give the hens a few days break from the male every once in awhile.

Can anyone tell me if I should take a chance on this boy and try to show him? I know its just a side view. Please tell me your opinion. I pulled him from the field and he was more than happy to walk the green carpet and try to stand nice and was very mellow. I have never show a rooster before and dont know a thing about what I need. Thanks RR

He looks good i would try him for sure just keep working him on the carpet as much as you can and reward him when he stand good for you with some bird seed or sunflower seeds or something he likes and make him stand tall for it ! good luck .

question about showing young seramas... I have some nice young just turned 4 months and want to sown them now. Will they be to young to show? The cockerals are still peeping but working on their man crow.
