How many eggs equals 1 breakfast serving for a grown person?

If you compare them to quail eggs, it is 5 or 6 eggs to one standard sized chicken eggs. However many regular eggs that individual would want, just multiply it. They're really not good eating compared to pretty much anything else, even bantams. I'm sure they look very cute cooked however and would make a fascinating garnish!

Making deviled eggs is quite a conversation piece but a pain to peel so many little ones.

I made tiny deviled eggs one time, but the yolks are so big for the egg, that the whites ended up being too thin on one side and couldn't be used. Made less than I hoped for, but they were very cute!

My Seramas are broody too. I have 4 little grumpy squawkers taking up nest space now. In December!
