How old are they Granny? I would let the food sit about 1/2 a day before I freshen it.

I picked up 6 chicks yesterday.
4 are a week old. 2 are a couple of months. The older two are completely taking care of the babies. It's so sweet to see.
Yep, doesn't take long to fall in love with these little boogers.

I lock mine down late on the 17th day. Works for me because mine tend to hatch on 19 and 20th day. When I wait to 18 most are already chirping from the internal pip.
