Eight chicks so far with the last egg hatching late. Only one egg DIS this time.

Have to wait until four PM to really look at them. This morning I counted fast and got them into the house; on dining room table, where they'd be safe. I guess I'm greedy hoping for the ninth chick to be hatched when I get home.

If the 9th chick hatches that'll make a 90% hatch.

The ninth chick did hatch, but was crushed; the pits-if I had been home the chick would be alive.
