She has tiny new feathers coming in on her wings and yes they have tiny feathers just at the tips. The rest of the feathers do not have feathers on the ends. Just open tubes

so ive been away for a while and ive found something out. the seramas i have CANNOT breed and have living offspring so im looking for anyone that has fertile eggs or that will have them

there is a type of feed called feather fixer, I have a friend who uses it on all of her birds, Mostly in her pen that has her frizzle, I would look into using it when she is a little healthier... I just remembered it when I was thinking about poor porcupine

Well over time but the time was short about 12 hours and also after a bath....the end of the one wing is still bright yellow but over all the death has improved.and I'm sorry I didn't understand your blodd feather question

Those quills look like blood feathers. Be careful they are not broken.
