Oh, it must be it's tail and the tail of a hidden chick?
It looks like weird wing tips like you see on some jets.

cute look like everyone was having to much fun last night....and thank you sue for posting pics..... the lil guys are doing so good

HELP! One of my Serama eggs pipped yesterday at about 3:30 pm. It was a little bigger by the time I went to bed and I could hear the chick peeping. This morning, nothing has changed and the hole in no bigger and I have not caught the egg rocking. Think it died! Have not opened the bator. How much time should I give it? I have one other egg in there that was viable and 6 other eggs that I do not think were fertile but I read people saying "do not give up" so I left them in there. Oh dear!

Your fine i had one that took like 30 hours to hatch try makeing some peep noise's around the bator and i bet the little guy starts wiggiling around . no worries these things take time !

I would call him a 'tortoise shell' or 'tri color'. Nice looking little cockerel. Welcome to world of Silkied Serama. Watch out, they can sneak up and steal your heart away before you know it!

I think the "tortoise" color name is very fitting!

Pretty name, pretty bird, Ray! He's a very handsome boy!
