Just playing with my baby boys, and girl tonight, they are going on 8 weeks old this weekend. They are awfully cute!!! They'll be ready for the June show next year, but too young for the November one.

I'm really hoping to go to the Cajun Classic next April. I doubt I'd bring any birds, but I really just want to go for the experience. DH said I can go as long as Joey, Bill and Cara go with me! I can't go solo.....

BigB-71, here are pics of Chickenhawk.....he reminds me of the cartoon character in the looney tunes when he picks on bigger birds.

Mom & babies first day in my brooder, 3 hatched but 1 died.

Sorry, for the poor quality of the pics, I was using my sister's camera. Just want to show you how small the chicks from this hatched is.

It's loads of fun you guys should all go! Lodging is a bit pricey but it's a fun couple of days. We've had our reservations since last April so if you are planning to go, I recommend you make hotel arrangements ASAP.
