Ok so I finally took some pictures to share!

Here's my new fuzzies with their foster mom! I got a white baby too! Any guesses what colors they will be?

Here is dad, his name is "Macho", mom is light wheaten.

Here is where they live now since I have lost a couple of my favorites to an unknown sneaky and smart predator. Their high security cell....lol

Here is where they used to live in their mini-mansion, now it's home to my silver laced oegb.

I'll have to get more pics of my little flock one of these days, I love looking at all of yours.

I had purchased a new one and returned it because it is more suitable for larger hatches than I wanted. Plus, the Serama eggs are so small and that is mainly what I want to hatch. I called them and they said the turner part does not work as well when it is not fully loaded or mostly full. It has quite a few parts to put together. It is also rather large. I wound up with the Brinsea Mini Advance Ex and it is perfect for my needs. Hope this helps.

Thanks, yes, that was very helpful.

Ok, sooooooo, I am considering the Brinsea Octagon 20, and then Hovabator. Any input on either of these? I know the hovabator is very popular. I want something I don't have to mess with a whole lot. I've neve hatched anything and scared to death I'll mess up.

LOL, I am on the hunt for as many of those 42x28 or so wire dog crates as I can find used to put inside and house trios, etc in. MUCH easier to get ahold of the little buggers that way! I had a heck of a time catching the cluckers I had, just those 4 wee little chickens!

HOLY CRAP WHAT A DAY.

i forgot the camera of course....i need a new brain.

i was fighting off squirrels and sea gulls all day .... darn things wanted to eat him it was crazy.

he was a people magnet and im proud to report that he was an EXCELLENT ambassador for the breed..... people loved him and he enjoyed all the attention. my aunt and uncle where just laughing to loud.

anyhow there might be some people coming to the meet up on the 24th now just because of that and hopefully the show too..... i may not have chicks for sale but least joey kate and cara can take advantage of people wanting some.

sue no new pics?

I know that alot of serama people swear by the hovabator Genisis, but I know Zoomumzy has a brinsea. The Brinsea is pretty expensive, but she said it was worth it. I have used the hovabator genesis and love it. I am getting one of those next. I am worried about the brinsea not because it is not good, but because I have two little helpers that are 18 mos and 4 and I am sure that they would break it.
