Hey, I have a lock down here of 30 of Jerrys eggs due to hatch Saturday and a load of whites from the breeding of Jerrys white roo I got a few months ago and my white frizzle hens. I will be happy to get half to hatch. My bator hit 102 last week for maybe an hour and I hope that didnt kill them. I cant wait. Now with my luck my power will go off tonight....

Yes, I can breed daughter back to father, and should be fine. But they pullets are still very young, and probably won't lay anytime this year.

OOOH, they are fuzzi-licious! The look on the first girls face is priceless......

Very funny. You have to get a photo of your birds helping you on the computer....that would be great. Unfortunately Bumble would have the risk of me rolling over on him/her and/or a cat eating him/her....so right now it was back to the brooder box. But he sure likes to cuddle and snuggle. I would love to see a photo of your birds in action.

yay i have 2 broody seramas one is due saturday and the other went broody yesterday with five eggs under her when the eggs hatch sat i'll post pics of the baby chicks

thanks i just want to see those fuzzy butts already and to see what color the chicks are as they are going to be my first baby seramas that i'll have

I know the feeling well as I just started hatching a couple of months ago.......the problem is I can't stop! They are just the tiniest cutest things I've ever seen. I'm glad I've used all the eggs to hatch because one of my 2 hens is sitting on eggs and the other one is in a molt so she is not laying. I also have 4 in my small incubator. I have 17 chicks that are 9weeks, 7weeks, 5 weeks, and 4 days!
Brooders all over the place! Enjoy them and post photos if you can. It is always fun to see what colors you get and how good their type is.
