Sorry, just kidding. I am learing about Seramas and I saw your beautiful girl and read your post so I had to say that.

Good luck with her training!

He's a good rooster.

When he was younger (and before his comb flopped over) I took him to a swap near me and almost sold him. Happy I didn't.

I would love that! I was bummed that I missed going to the Puyallup Fair this year to see all the different chickens and I really want to see if Serama's are right for me and my family before we invest in them. If you have infomation about the upcoming show, I would love to try and make it!

Thank so much!

Heidi

We are still waiting for the info but we know the date. There are around 12 of us that show and some of the kids do 4H. Its a nice group.

OMG, What a great idea. Thanks, I will do that today.

Place a piece of that carpet in her cage with the food/water on top of it. Don't give her room to walk off it. Eventually she will become comfortable enough to move around freely on it.

This is what I woke up to this am. We have a heard of around 34 elk and they are bugging my ducks. The ducks are flying over the fence to get away. We have 1 5point and a 6 point. Some jerk nailed the other 6 point poached it. Its a bummer cuz these are so awesome to watch. Pics are from my deck.

NICE!!!! I have a herd of 16 that go through our property. Down the road where there are less houses there are 100's. I love to see these large creatures.

Use looped carpet, as that's the kind they use at shows. Put some in her pen, and let her live on it for a while. The 'fake grass' carpet may be prickly and uncomfortable.
