These birds came from good looking parents but we cant keep everything so I give them away to 4-Hers from our States and we ship them out all over the USA to help other people . That is where 95% of my culls go back into promoting the breed for alot of happy kids . Even to New Mexico.

cull might be taken literally as cull as in put down - rehome may be a more pc word (just my opinion) and i'd gladly take your culls if they could come to hawaii your birds are really lovely

Please tell me what area the 4-H takes seramas, cuz I tried to rehome some locally [in LA county] and NO ONE was interested.

He is my culls cause don't need his color in my line . Second He is on the menu for chicken noodle soup . I don't want my bloodline on facebook for egg sellers to make a buck..... I have seen way too many of that going on now that I would stay away from it and if i don't need it then cull it and not hear a word from anyone about my line .... Thank God I stay away from the local club and group here In Cali That is why my flocks looks the way they do .... Thank God ....

Two pens of wheatens: one has great color, the other has great type. I had to quit marking my eggs for a while because neices needed some for an egg show, but I'm back to knowing who's who. Here's the first two marked chicks, one from each pen. I'm hoping that I can get a pair from each pen to cross to each other and get some really nice ones to show and share. The white down is from the color pen, and the gold down should grow up fairly decently shaped. They're the only survivors from an evil broody who thought her babies needed holes in their heads. Might name the front one Scarface...

Do you generally look for the wings to be so far forward? Just wondering what the body type calls for, as I look for them to be a bit farther back.

I don't think anyone answered Sumatra's question. I'm not a breeder, but I would guess that no, you don't want them like that. Any experts want to chime in? I'm curious, too...

The standard calls for a vertical line from the eye down through the wing and leg. Hope that helps.
