American serama thread!

Sifisarah, the thin part with the snaps go on the back, and you need to pull the tail through as well. She actually has good pictures on her site.... Therefore I'm probably telling you what you already know and am being annoying, LOL

Hope you get it to work!

serama hen, really wish I could help, but I have no idea! Maybe if you go to a poultry show, there will be some for sale? Or you can try like I did, and make an incubator and try hatching some eggs? They're not easy to hatch, but can be a lot cheaper especially if you find most of the stuff to build it around the house and eggs within a few (small) states from where you are.

the babies are here! 6 bouncing chicks- actually one had some hatching problems- but even he is in the middle now- had a shrinkwrap going on so he went into the bator to finish up-

now if mom would quit kicking them when she was showing them food! poor little things are learning to watch her feet

howd you build yours i tried to build one but failed my parent never let me turn it on they thought the house would burn down

Oh gosh, mine look like they'd burn down the house as well, I was so nervous the first few days I had it on, LOL

Oh that sounds so sweet BantyChickenLuv!

LOL RedRoosterFarm, I had to ask though, because the only other chicks I currently have are pure white or pure black LOL, and it's THE question to ask, isn't it? .... Oh aside from, is it a boy or girl? LOL

That's so CUTE, artsyrobin! What an adorable hatch! Wonder what color they'll be! All sweet and yellow like my leghorns were, LOL :D
