American serama thread!


I know this is a bad pic, but you can see the colors. We sold all of these last year to future junior serama showers and breeders.

I lost Charles last night. He was dead this morning when I woke up. When I went to the coop this morning Percilla was dead. She was sitting on her perch with her head tucked under her wing like she just died in her sleep. Perfectly healthy, fat, and happy, but she died.


Even though Percilla and Charles were in separate places, unable to see or hear each other, they still died on the same night. They must really have loved eachother. Only reason I can think of.

i am so sorry!!! i have lost a couple that looked healthy one day and gone the next... sometimes there is just no way to know, especially with seramas
im still looking for pet quality seramas that are only 40 dollars which include shipping sorry to be bothersome but i rly wanna join this thread and would love these tiny cuties
don't know if you'll find them for shipping so low- where are you located?

I don't know where you are located but shipping boxes cost anywhere from $8-$12 and postage for a single bird is usually around $40 so I seriously doubt you will find someone to ship you a bird(s). Try your local Craigslist or a local show.
