This was my Barney as a chick. I for the life of me can't remember his age in the pic, but you can see he still has all down on his head. My other boy was the same.

My little brown chick is looking more like a roo every day. I still can't tell for sure, it's comb is brown so I can't tell if it's pink so I'm going by size. Hoping it should be obvious in another week or so. The littlest ones are a little over 3 weeks old. Usually I like my babies and wish they'd stay chicks, but these are so fun to watch grow. They keep you guessing on color, pattern, everything lol.I second the adorableness! Barney is gorgeous!

He was about 3 1/2 weeks old, he's a little over 4 weeks now.

Barney, a week ago BEFORE Fred kicked his butt. What color is he? I've been calling him Silver Duckwing with mottling, but I really don't have any idea. His posture is a little better than this too, but by no means what it should be.(My DD took this with her IPOD,to explain the graphics.)
BTW I just LOVE the Flintstones, LOL. I have no idea why, but I loved that show as a little kid. Even so a lot of it went over my head at the time, LOL.
does anyone know any fatty food for my chicken so shell stay warm in these cold temps
