AMERICANA?

so really small eggs? How do you adjust them for cooking and such?
Well, just takes time for them to get the egg size going, more so than other breeds I have in my experience. Mine have been laying for about 5 months and their eggs are between 30-40 grams. My silkies lay a little bit bigger. They make great deviled eggs, perfect bite size. We normally use 3 for every 2 normal sized eggs in cooking/baking, seems to work. 😊
 
Thanks for the help. Now I see two of the three have perky tail feathers and one does not. Would you think this means two boys and one girl?
