I love all bantams too... but we stuck to Silkies only cuz they can't fly out of the yard, fairly hardy, cute, gentle, & their eggs are the largest of the bantam eggs.

So nice to have a blue pullet... they really are pretty. Wish the outdoors wouldn't muddy up the pretty blue feathers. Love our blue Betta ~ she's the smartest of the bunch💕

Bingo is another one I'm going to have to start watching. 2nd biggest of the group. Bingo is the moorehead partridge. Behavior is still all pullet. Round neat crest is all pullet. Nothing much at all for a comb, and no color change yet. The tail feathers, not so neat and round. This must be taken with a grain of salt though as last year those 6 pullets, at this age 4 out of the 6 had not so neat tail feathers that made me 2nd guess gender. Their round crest's never lied even if their tails did. The gold coloring, is it just a hair bright though? More vibrant maybe like a cockerel or am I seeing things? Time will tell and Bingo is the only one making me guess. The blue chick Bluey and the other partridge Lucky, 100% pullet.

Bingo's momma or aunt Martina. Cannot deny her gold color is also vibrant and 100% hen. I see a lot of similarities between the two.

I think (big pause there) Bingo is ok. I think the red on the wings would be higher, closer to shoulders, and a lot patchier.

Calypso: what are some of the other Caribbean region musical styles called? Would one of those be fitting?

After eight days, I still feel dizzy and shaking, but I must get out off this bed and buy food and chicken feed.
My brilliant idea was to ask my neighbor lady, (who I help out sometimes) she has no car, but does have a drivers license. I have my new car, but can’t attempt to drive in my weakened condition. It’s been a steady 100f weather. (my new car has excellent air conditioning) it’s a win win situation I’m believing.
Wish us cluck! View attachment 4204178
If that doesn't work, see if you can place an online grocery order for delivery. It should be brought straight to your porch that way.
