I had thought about apologizing in private but since one of my last post was rude tom ore than one person i Decided to do a public one instead of just to the person who responded to me.

I'll start with explaining that due to my car accident I get extreme migraines that are so sever I loose my vision or pass out. To combat these times I am on heavy neurological medication, that has made it difficult for me to express myself sometimes. I realize the past couple of weeks my posts have been, at times, hard to understand, disjointed, rambling, or come across as rude. It is not an excuse just an explanation. I promise I check my posts before I hit enter and the mistakes are after I've already corrected the posts a few times.

Anyhow. I wanted to apologize for how rude a couple of my recent posts have been, particularly the one in the cheating teacher thread. I read over it later and realized that while I was trying to make an observation it came off sounding completely judgmental. While I stand by some opinions, I expressed them in an inappropriate manner that was disrespectful. It was not my intention in the post, and I hope that I have cleared the air.

I think for a while I should stick to more lighthearted posts, because it was a real effort to get my thoughts togetehr to even write this post and I am still not satisfied with it.

I want to applaud you for apologizing ..

I'm unaware of your posts, but I think it takes a big person to take responsibility.

Sorry you are struggling with migraines and the meds that go along with that.

Hey Kristy,

FYI: Be careful about referencing specific closed topics as the mods may see that as reopening a topic, which is against the rules.

But I think your intention here is clearly not to restart the topic, but to simply apologize in general.

Don't worry about being satisfied with this post, I think it's clearly well intended.

oh.... thank you. i don't want to start anything i just wanted to insure that i made it clear I feel bad for how rude I was.

I get ocular migraines where I lose my vision too. I take an aspirin as soon as a
it starts and try to stay calm. Getting upset will only prolong the event, which
with me lasts about 20 minutes. One time my vision started cutting out on me in
a gift shop. I'm sure the other patrons thought I was drunk as I staggered out the door.
You'll find almost everybody is battling some kind of medical condition, or knows someone
near and dear that is. I didnt read your earlier comments but getting different views is
always good, being flexible about opinions means an ability to learn. We all get foot in mouth
disease one time or another.

I know that. I just didn't want you or others getting back into the conversation and having this closed instead of what you intended, which is a sincere apology. Anyway, moving on. You worded it nicely, and everyone has bad days or issues, etc. Not everyone apologizes though, so it's very nice.

It's all good, Miss Kristy.

One thing about the gang that hangs out here...we've all stuck
our foot in our mouth a few times. I know my foot fits my mouth
quite well.

Because this is the coolest place to be with our chicken-loving
friends, we forget, we forgive, and we go on.

It's all good.
