an off topic, less moderated 18+ section?

I only suggested we move them to one place instead of them being littered throughout all the forums and threads where impressionable minds may me influenced by them. and then allow them a little more leeway then the rest of the forum.

I am a minority myself and I absolutely love to debate. You are suggesting we take this away. Then you go and say that some kids can handle their own? That conflicts with everything you're trying to separate. I have already gotten into heated arguments about both politics and religion and Ive held my own better than any adult.
When I saw this I honestly thought this was about porn or something on here and I was shocked. When I opened it and saw you were talking about Religion and Politics as an 18+ topic I was quite confused because I dont consider it to be an 18+ topic at all.

lol i have said zero about minorities ( look up minority) // no i suggested that the more touchy topics be moved and us adults not forced to play in the kiddie pool with the little ones.. when did i say that some kids can handle there own? this isnt about wether you have knowledge about a subject or how you can "hold your own" . what i suggested was in no way malicious and as far as i can see it would only be positive.. like i said before it doesnt matter because its not going to happen, the decision has been made.you are beating a dead horse

I was on a forum where they had an 'Off Topic' section, some of it was good, because people could ask about a car repair, what central heating boiler to get, and so on.
Also there was the political debates, some got very heated and fall outs would take place, the moderator/s had to lock some threads and on the rare occasion after numerous warnings one or two got banned.

But like already said, if you saw a topic that you were not interested in in don't go there, I saw many topics and saw the title and just ignored them, no point in reading stuff that bored me to death.

As for an adult section this is a family site and a young child could easily go looking there, it would be hard to police. I nearly wrote something a bit too rude on one thread as a joke but thought better of it, for the sake of cracking a joke and being warned and show myself up I refrained.

Also religion is as bad as politics that too can cause fall outs and warnings as debates get heated, in my mind there are good and bad in all races and creeds

You sure are forgetting a lot of what you are saying.

a child cant sign up for an account a parent has to... if they lie in the sign up byc is not liable and can always ban people for lying about there age if found out later. other forums do it no problem

You adults arent forced to play in the kiddie pool. You chose to be around plenty of kids who fill up these forums because a vast majority of the people on here are teens my age who raise chickens with their parents. If you dont like it then leave, no one is forcing you stay here.
