Yeah I did post them on there to haha didn't know if anyone from Facebook had backyard chickens too so I posted on both and thanks I'm really excited to see how they turn out

Is the colored egg gene like that of chickens and is dominant?

Do you notice a difference in friendliness if they were brooder raised vs broody raise?
I would like to put a few eggs under a broody chicken.

I haven't used a broody hen yet but plan too. Based on chickens I think they are more friendly when I use a brooder because I interact with them more. I may try that this year when my hens go broody though. :0)

Um.. hey when do Ancona's normally hatch? What day? My dh just called and said one of our 2 Ancona eggs is jumping around the bator. It's only day 25.
