Not much chest markings, though the smatterings in other areas is nice. I like the "walked under a wet paintbrush" head markings they sometimes show.

You could have a look at their undercarriages, but may be best to wait until their voices come in and/or the male tail feather curl/s.

Head looks Ancona-ish; however the back looks almost completely black, which isn't Ancona, but more a magpie trait.

Looks good pet quality, but not for breeding. A lovely looking duck nonetheless.

Sadly not I REALLY want some Ancona ducks, but for the time being there are none in the UK. I do wonder if they really do originate from England, since I can find no evidence of any Ancona ducks being bred in the UK.

The color Anconas lay depends on the duck. Mine lay white.
