And you think you've got problems

Apparently they are getting things aired out--using baking soda on the books. Biggest problem is the temperatures make airing a very cold experience. I felt sorriest for the cat they kept out there--it is a spayed female that someone dropped because she was sick, they got her cured ($800) but she wouldn't get along with the other house cats so was sent to the barn/office. The poor cat had to have a thorough bath.

Apparently he's working on trapping it--something he should have done long ago. This isn't their first experience with trapping skunks--they capture at least 2 previously. This is mainly due to the fact they wouldn't listen to their MIL (my DW) who told them they should not put any kind of meat scraps in their composter. This practice had attracted all kinds of critters they just as soon didn't have. Can't tell your kids anything.

BTW this isn't the first time my SIL has been "skunked". He got nailed putting compost in the composer one night when he walked into a skunk eating from the pile. That skunks was trapped by a professional trapper.
