Angel wing???

PLEAS EXCUSE THE POOP! Opinions do these look like angel wing? The feathers are flats against the body. But the wings seem to droop. They will pull them up, and tuck them in, but they immediately start to droop back down.

Looks to me like blood feathers are coming in. How old are they?

X2 If it were angel wing, they would be turning out. These are just drooping because of the heavy blood feathers. As long as they are stretching their wings and tucking them back under (this helps build muscle to hold the wing up), it will work itself out once the feathers are fully in.
