Just wanted to update. Java Joe wore the sock wrap for 24 hrs. I noticed that the wrap was slipping and decided to take it off to let him have a break from the wrap and me.
His wing looked really good after 24 hrs. So, I left it off for the night. I figured that I would check it this morning. It was still in place and he has been adjusting it like he is supposed to which he was not doing before. Maybe he just had heavy blood wings and was being lazy? But, his wing is still looking pretty good. I am not going to bother him unless it turns again.
I had to sneak to take his photos - he is totally avoiding me today.

Today is day 5 so I'll know if it worked later this morning ...
