That's too small. I rationed pellets too until my juniors were sent away from the show table for being underweight. She is not a tiny fancy breed she is a fast growing meat type rabbit, their bodies need lots of food to keep up. I know you don't plan on eating her but being big is natural for her breed. She needs to have as much food as her body wants, when she is full grown you can cut back on pellets since rabbits benefit from a mostly hay diet.
