Does leg circling always mean she wants treats? She's been doing it incessantly the last couple days when I know she's had enough food. Normally she stops if she's full

Pre-surgery Niven would do it for territorial / hormonal reasons too. But that version was usually accompanied by oinking, lunging, or humping
