This thread has made me more aware of how a vet's office sees things, and what can happen when assumptions are made (by anybody). I've only been to a vet's office a few times for our cats, so we are pretty clueless about when bad situations occur. I think the next time I get to a vet, I'll be much more aware. So, to those who have had bad experiences, and to those who have great vet offices, thank you for relaying your thoughts, even though it can get a person riled up for a time.
