I finished this boy, my unnamed oc. No references used.

Does anyone here have any helpful tips on cell shading?

@Fanci Feathers Marans I really like your art style. What program do you use for digital art?
 
I used to use PS, but I've been using the Medibang Paint app. It works nice, the only thing I miss is the 'select inverse' option...

I am pretty basic on shading. Pretty lazy in that department, actually. I think your cell shading is fabulous. That must have taken hours.

In my experience, most of the creases point towards the eye and then curve around the cheek. On the nose, they are mostly V's that 'point' toward the nose and wrap around the whisker area. I call it the whisker biscuit, you call it what you want.

Its a little easier to see on a short nose.

My, my, my. Much betrayal in this book of yours. Have you been looking at pictures of wolves like I told you to? It helps. You'll be able to see where all the different teeth go, and the lines for the snarl.
