Something Interesting: This character is based on the various myths surrounding the monster of the same name; an infamous eater of children. My Lamia is a fallen primordial deity, cursed to inhabit the mortal bodies of the descendants of her most devoted priestess as punishment for a long forgotten crime. When one body fails her, she is forced immediately into the next. Her reflection disgusts her, as she sees both the twisted remnants of her divinity and the innocent face of her latest victim.

MY GOSH THIS IS AMAZING.
(Honestly, I always assumed that anime was basically manga in motion. MIM).
BUT SERIOUSLY THIS IS INCREDIBLE. THE MIRROR. THE EXPRESSIONS. THE LOOSE LINES ONLY MAKE IT BETTER, SOMEHOW.

MY GOSH THIS IS AMAZING.
(Honestly, I always assumed that anime was basically manga in motion. MIM).

They are very similar but manga uses frames of reference that are a lot closer to comics, and tends to be less refined.

Expressions are my favorite thing to draw. Mirrors, not so much, lol. Why must I hurt myself so?
