I'd recommend demon slayer and attack on titan for fighting/romance/fantasy, maybe swim club or yuri on ice for lots of romance

Do you like gore or not so bloody?

Fairy Tail and Sword Art Online fits fantasy and fighting without being gorey. Attack on Titan is a little bloodier. Seven Deadly Sins is a bit bloody, but it doesn't bother me at all like AOT does. I've not seen Demon Slayer, so I can't speak to that one.

I'm not a fan of NO gore, it's not as realistic that way. I'm fine with a bit of gore as long as they don't go overboard... I guess I'm in the middle.
