Another “Who is this Bantam?” thread

Thanks to the irresistible mixed bin at TSC, I (like everyone else on here) haven’t be able to contain my desire for a colorful little flock. I’ve got most pretty well id’d, but this little one. Japanese? Something else? The black spots around the neck are throwing me, as is the lack of tail feather growth. I think it’s about 5 weeks old. Would love to know breed and gender!

Only thing I can think of is a Delaware bantam. Not a Japanese I don't think.

Cool! I got it from TSC. Pullet or cockerel? Looks like a female to me, but not familiar with the breed.

My vote is pullet. Very pretty bird.

Delaware bantam pullet. Privett hatchery in New Mexico carries them and they supply TSC.
