Another goat food question...

We all know goats will eat almost anything. But!

Will they eat prickly pear cactus?

Or Yucca Plants?

Or Sumac?

and conversely, if they do eat any of these things, will they get sick?

Going for a nativey, low maintence garden at the gate of my loooong driveway. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure they won't. I used to have goats and they never bothered my yucca. Now mine were pygmy's so I don't know if that made a difference or not but I would assume they wouldn't try to eat anything that would harm them. Not to say they might TRY but probably won't succeed! LOL!

They most certainly will eat things they shouldn't, so be sure to check the list well.
