If they're dry and active by the time you go to bed they should be good. It doesn't take long for them to learn where the heat lamp is. You might consider putting up a little fence or something to give them a "safe" zone so the mom doesn't push them away from the heat.
It sounds like the worst of the cold is done with for now...not that -7* isn't butt-nasty cold but it is better than -20*
