Another Reason to Build a Full-Height Coop/Run

It's not my week. I had a fall at work today. Literally slipped on a banana peel (I work in a grocery store deli and the lady making banana pudding had dropped a piece that missed the trash by *maybe* 2". So I have a banged up knee to go with my banged up head.

I hear you - my bf banged his head on a low door in our coop last year and had to go to the ER... Little houses are for little beings I guess LOL! :)

This is a structure I converted from something I was given during the height of the lumber shortage/cost crisis. I would not build such a thing on purpose.

Maybe you should stay home (inside) for a few days!

I know, it's like a bad joke.

I was laughing as soon as my coworker picked it up off the floor and identified it.
Oh my! At least u were laughing afterwards?

I'm so sorry! It seems like when it rains it pours. Prayin u get some mich needed rest and don't suffer in pain too much.
