Those are leaf-footed bugs they love tomatoes and cucumbers and do stink if you handle them. You can use sunflowers as to keep them from eating your veggies.

According to Ross Otten of UGA these are Leaf-footed bugs. Not that it matters, but I thought it was a neat find while walking last evening.
They are stink bugs of some sort. Male assasin bugs stay on females back while mating to avoid being eaten.
