Antibiotics for healing duck with bumblefoot.

Need suggestions with helping him get better. He had horrible bumble in both feet, had some triple antibiotic cream and rapped it up. I know, Epsom salt bath, bandage feet to prevent more infections. @Miss Lydia suggested oral antibiotics, so I'm looking for suggestions on what to use and the dosage. Any tips would help as well.

This is his leg right before I got the scab off and got the core out, still just as swollen.

well that's not good. I guess you could try some Baytril.

Alright, how much dosage? The swollen part is stiff, along with him just carrying it in general, rest just drags on the ground, I can def move it but it's hard and he can't pick it up in front of him.

If it comes down to a vet trip it would be an option but my dog has a tumor and it's going to be pretty expensive so that'd be our last option..
