I think maybe what I will do is mix it in apple sauce or something for her so I am not giving it to all of the chickens. (by mixing it in their water)

That is a very strong antibiotic, and it *must* be given orally twice a day. Can you give it orally?

You mean the 5% instead of the 10%? No, with the 5% you would have to give twice as much.
5% = 50 mg enrofloxacin in one ml
10% = 100 mg enrofloxacin in one ml

Sorry, please excuse me, I am quite the airhead. It does mean weaker, I would be using less/more than the other.
