I have anxiety,it took me a long time to join BYC,and I thot I'd made a thread for people who have anxiety,to talk.

Hello! I too have it. It's been pretty bad the last three years. But there are always people that understand and are there to talk to. I'll probably post my story when I have more time. It explains so much about a person when they open up about what's been going on in their minds. It's hard, but I can assure you, there are amazing people on here that will support you! Myself included!

Gosh,I know,I hate it.i love to sing,and I had to once of stage,you won't believe how hard that was,but I'm getting better,I hope you do to.
