I tried making a California roll a while ago. It didn't turn out super well, appearance-wise, but it was pretty tasty.
It definitely takes practice, but as long as it tastes good, I'd call it a win.

Yeah, it did taste good after sitting for a night!

Sometimes, yeah. It's really good. I'm pretty sure that Goofy Cake tastes better after a day sitting under icing, but I might be confusing it with another cake.
