Any artists out there?

Idk I'm starting to feel some kind of bad about it every time I hear it. For some reason it makes me depressed, but I think it's because I'm trying to earn a living off my art and not just making art for art's sake. emphasis on the "trying"

I used to draw characters like these. I'll see if I can dig up an old art.

I feel you. I'd love to shift to full time art, but I can't feed the family on it.

I saw a large number of Watermaals at the Ohio National.

The American Watermaal Society made their debut this year and everyone who could go, went. I was going to go, too, until I learned clipped primaries is a DQ. My d'anvers are finishing their fall molt and have a fresh set of new unclipped wings and I'm happy to see that while they are using their wings, they aren't using them to get on or over the fence and I hope they won't try in the future. I'm hopeful that next time the wm's molt that they'll do the same and I can bring them to a few shows.
