Any breed of rooster that is more docile than others?

I have a bantam rooster that is very sweet. Of course, he is only a year old. From what I've read here, I guess that can change. I hope not. He is a buff brahma and due to a recent problem with his feathered feet, I hold him often to tend to him. He is very obliging. Haven't quite figured out how to attach pics to BYC yet, otherwise I'd post one of him.

Our Red Star roos are VERY tame and docile - the friendliest birds in the pen, other than my BLRW.

Everyone else is just hitting puberty, so we'll see!!
