Any chance this barred rock will turn into a hen?

I have a light feathered, large combed 5 week old chick. Hoping for a pullet, but I can't tell his/her gender for sure. Im not experienced in gendering as this is our first round. S/he is the only barred rock in the flock making it even harder to compare with the others.

Edit: I guess I was wrong as the others all seem to say cockerel. I just know it looks just like mine all did when they where young and I didn't end up with a single rooster

This bird is a cockerel. The white stripes make it appear more white than black because it is what is called double barred. Only boys can be double barred.

I suspected male. His comb is much redder than everyone else's.
It is what it is. Time to try to find another home for the fella, he's one of the sweetest in the group.
