Any doubts this is a cockerel? Barred Rock/3 months

Sometimes when the crowing one leaves the next one quickly finds its voice.

I am keeping an ear out dreading the first newfound squawk!

Another question maybe you all could help with. I’m guessing white CRC cockerel was next in line which is why removed cockerel picked on him (and him only that I saw). White cockerel has appeared to have a little hitch in his gait the past maybe 5/6 days. Should I expect a recovery or how does this work?
