@LittleLakePhil, I used to ice fish on plenty of frozen lakes when I lived in North Idaho, but I moved down to South Idaho last February and I am in the process of finding new ice fishing spots.

Anyway, I hope that answers your question.

Well find some...... Ice fishing to me is the best.
I know if rather fish over ice than in a boat.
Not really sure why but it's a lot more fun for me.
