Any Floridians?

Thanks everyone, i was so excited in getting started. and i just found out that im not allowed to have any chicken, or rooster. I live outside of the city of tampa, FL, and i live in the county section of tampa. (Weird) and we are not Zoned AR (agricultural zone). so upset...is there anything i can do?

R U within the city limits or just county? Talk to your neighbors and offer them fresh eggs...

Here is a thread I came across that says chickens are allowed in Tampa but there are conditions.

I've never gone to the Brooksville swap so most likely no, however yes to the others. Just hatched 15 lrg breeds and 12 bantams and Pekin eggs just started pipping so we may have something to bring.
