Any Gamers Here?

I've been gaming since before I can remember. I'm told I was started on it when I was maybe two or three years old. I've been gaming to some degree my whole life, though it really only became a big thing once I was around 10 or so. Despite other people getting me into gaming initially and helping maintain that hobby, from around 10 years old I was mainly in charge of figuring out what I wanted to play and what systems to get.

It's worked out pretty well, so far.

I couldn't imagine not being a gamer, at this point. It's been such a large part of my life for decades now. Not gaming would be like not listening to music or not reading books. It's a very important thing to me.

Partner and I picked up ARK after a month or two away for the holidays. Found our base raided - which is to be expected - but most of our stuff is still there. Turns out though we got raided by some hyper aggressive taiwanese clan that's got a beef with the server because there USED to be a korean clan there. So they blew everyone up on the server and won't let us rebuild. They re-wiped our base and stole from us twice in 3 days.

So we have to move servers. :T :T

It's fine. We passed my Minecraft server off to my sister a few months ago, so I have the option of paying for a new game server now so I'm just paying for an ARK server so we can enforce our own rules and won't lose anything to jerks anymore.

I have not. I really don't have time to even play anymore with all the other things I have going on.

Boooo. Well it's a great way to play with physical card long distance. We been having fun with it.

@azurbanclucker - Nice Magic cards! Can't tell how old they are, but we collect them (husband plays, I don't get it still lol) but I love the artwork- especially older ones. However, Kaldheim releases tomorrow and I want to collect some of the amazing art from it. Gotta love a viking theme.

Those are a mix. I've been playing for a long time, and some of those are from when I first started back in the Revised edition days. Others are newer from commander prebuilts. I pick up boosters here and there now but since I don't really get time to play anymore they just sit patiently in their deckboxes until I decide to sell my collection off or one of the kids gets more than passingly interested in them.
