Hi all, It has been a while since I commented here. I figured I should come here and post an update.

Been playing Minecraft on the XboxOne and tablets lately with my children (they are 12 to 18 years old). We have added Realm so they can all play with their Dad while he busy earning money driving OTR.
I also play ESO, Dragon Age, The Lego series games and a few others

I have the realms so that the boys can play with their Dad and get Dad time a few times a week. They chat to figure out how to do things in the game together. I mostly just go in and watch them play. They get Time with Dad and I get a break from hearing "When is dad coming home?" every day.

I fixed the lag on my TV, and boy, it made these NES games a lot easier.

I've been playing Quake 2 after a long stint of different versions of DOOM, i'm struggling to get used to the far lower movement speed

I've played through TNT, DOOM 2, Heretic and now halfway through Plutonia.
Quake 2 and Hexen next

DOOM 2016 was very good. If you can handle the motion of the game it's VERY fun and everything you'd dream of from a modern doom title.
