Any guesses as to when she'll start laying?

So, my 31 week old Golden Laced Wyandotte hasn't started laying yet (it's essentially winter where I am) but I think that she is getting close. Her comb and wattles are much redder than my other 2 pullets of the same age, and she squatted when I went to pick her up today. I know that there is no way to know for sure, but I thought that it would be fun if people wanted to guess, and whoever's guess is closest gets....I don't know yet, but probably a drawing of their favorite poultry.
A guess is a day and time, no minutes.
