I can see it has hard feathering so that along with no other Silkie features we can rule out the Silkied Easter Egger, which leaves us with either a Snowy Easter Egger and a Super Blue Egger. Super Blue's description has the adults as "white-with-black-flecks throughout" which is what a bird with a copy of dominant white will look like as an adult and is what your chick is already showing
