I could respond with something on the order of, "let me get into my clairvoyant state", but that would be as unhelpful as the lack of information you've provided. Therefore, I will offer this. Bubbling can mean bacteria or foreign matter such as dirt. Flush with saline and put a dab of antibiotic ointment in the eye.

Can you clarify if she lost the eye with the foam, or the other eye? Is her lost eye gone or just blinded and still there? Foam or bubbles in an eye can be from a respiratory disease with a sinus infection, such as MG. Have you ever seen others with a foamy eye or other symptoms of a respiratory infection or disease?

Thank you for your replies. I’m new to this and sometimes technology challenged. I couldn’t figure out how to write more of a description.
Rocky lost her eye not quite a year ago. I worked with her vet and we were able to get her body to absorb the eyeball. So this eye is always closed without any eye.
The foaming is only this eye and I believe it is from the lump. Since you responded there isn’t any visible foaming anymore. None of the other chickens have any visible foaming or symptoms of any respiratory problems. Other than the lump on her eye she is acting completely normal. I just started warm compresses. So far (only twice) it doesn’t seem to have done anything. It feels like a hard bubble.
it’s really in the skin Uber her actual eye opening. I really appreciate you sharing your experience!!! Thank you.
