View attachment 1211283 Anyone ever make popovers? After years of remembering them from my mom, I started making them last week. They are super easy, light and super delicious.

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Add all ingredients together, and beat until blended.

Heavily butter baking cups, and fill 1/2 full.

Bake in preheated 400F degree oven or 35-40 minuets, or until desired crispness. Upon removing from oven prick tops to let steam escape. Serve immediately (with lots of butter on every bite is my personal preference).

I haven’t had them in years, yum!

Hi all! I did this today plus working on laundry. I won’t have time to frost the cutouts, they’ll have to go in freezer.
