View attachment 1211283 Anyone ever make popovers? After years of remembering them from my mom, I started making them last week. They are super easy, light and super delicious.
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Add all ingredients together, and beat until blended.
Heavily butter baking cups, and fill 1/2 full.
Bake in preheated 400F degree oven or 35-40 minuets, or until desired crispness. Upon removing from oven prick tops to let steam escape. Serve immediately (with lots of butter on every bite is my personal preference).

What's that on the right, chocolate?Hi all! I did this today plus working on laundry. I won’t have time to frost the cutouts, they’ll have to go in freezer.
